Terrace Park home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Terrace Park fell by $39,800 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,450 - a 10.3% decrease over the $387,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Terrace Park in the fourth quarter of 2016.
