Symmes Township home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Symmes Township rose by $57,550 while total sales decreased by 29.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 21.9% increase over the $262,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Symmes Township in the fourth quarter of 2016.
