Lincoln Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Lincoln Heights rose by $19,712 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $23,100 - a 581.8% increase over the $3,388 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the third quarter of 2016.
