St. Bernard home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in St. Bernard fell by $51,750 while total sales increased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,000 - a 55.2% decrease over the $93,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in St. Bernard in the third quarter of 2016.
