Mount Healthy home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Mount Healthy fell by $34,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,250 - a 37.6% decrease over the $91,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the third quarter of 2016, as well.
