North College Hill home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in North College Hill rose by $23,950 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,450 - a 45.6% increase over the $52,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in North College Hill in the third quarter of 2016.
