Finneytown home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Finneytown fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,000 - a 17.8% decrease over the $98,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Finneytown in the third quarter of 2016.
