Golf Manor home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Golf Manor rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 36.1% increase over the $73,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Golf Manor in the third quarter of 2016.
