Forest Park home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Forest Park rose by $39,550 while total sales decreased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,500 - a 49.5% increase over the $79,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Forest Park in the third quarter of 2016.
