Covedale home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Covedale fell by $22,533 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,450 - a 15.6% decrease over the $143,983 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Covedale in the third quarter of 2016.
