Reading home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Reading rose by $9,550 while total sales increased by 120%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,050 - a 8.2% increase over the $116,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Reading in the third quarter of 2016.
