Groesbeck home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Groesbeck rose by $16,950 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,450 - a 15.3% increase over the $110,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Groesbeck in the third quarter of 2016.
