White Oak home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in White Oak rose by $34,750 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,750 - a 37% increase over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in White Oak in the third quarter of 2016.
