Sharonville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Sharonville rose by $4,493 while total sales decreased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $128,508 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Sharonville in the third quarter of 2016.
