Fairfax home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Fairfax fell by $5,150 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,100 - a 3.7% decrease over the $139,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Fairfax in the third quarter of 2016.
