Monfort Heights South home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Monfort Heights South rose by $15,250 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,250 - a 10.5% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the third quarter of 2016.
