Wyoming home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Wyoming fell by $16,000 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Wyoming in the third quarter of 2016.
