Kenwood home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Kenwood rose by $93,500 while total sales increased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 43.2% increase over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Kenwood in the third quarter of 2016.
