Blue Ash home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Blue Ash rose by $52,350 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,050 - a 26.3% increase over the $198,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Blue Ash in the third quarter of 2016.
