Montgomery home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Montgomery rose by $2,400 while total sales increased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,900 - a 0.6% increase over the $387,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Montgomery in the third quarter of 2016.
