Indian Hill home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Indian Hill fell by $82,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $885,000 - a 8.5% decrease over the $967,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Indian Hill in the third quarter of 2016.
