Mayfield Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Mayfield Heights rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $116,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,601, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
