Lincoln Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Lincoln Heights fell by $5,140 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,860 - a 21.4% decrease over the $24,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the second quarter of 2016.
