Lockland home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Lockland rose by $31,650 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,900 - a 112% increase over the $28,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lockland in the second quarter of 2016.
