Golf Manor home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Golf Manor fell by $12,450 while total sales remained unchanged with 16 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,750 - a 16.1% decrease over the $77,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Golf Manor in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
