St. Bernard home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in St. Bernard rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,000 - a 8% increase over the $68,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in St. Bernard in the second quarter of 2016.
