Cleves home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Cleves fell by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,450 - a 2.4% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Cleves in the second quarter of 2016.
