Greenhills home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Greenhills fell by $4,900 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $114,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Greenhills in the second quarter of 2016.
