White Oak East home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in White Oak East fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 13.2% decrease over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in White Oak East in the second quarter of 2016.
