Norwood home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Norwood fell by $4,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 83 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,500 - a 3.8% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Norwood in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
