Springfield Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Springfield Township rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,500 - a 19.1% increase over the $99,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Springfield Township in the second quarter of 2016.
