Covedale home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Covedale rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 48%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $108,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Covedale in the second quarter of 2016.
