Pleasant Run home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Pleasant Run rose by $14,400 while total sales decreased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,900 - a 13.3% increase over the $108,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the second quarter of 2016.
