Dent home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Dent rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,500 - a 11.2% increase over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Dent in the second quarter of 2016.
