Silverton home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Silverton rose by $19,950 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,950 - a 16.6% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Silverton in the second quarter of 2016.
