Northgate home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Northgate rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 22.9% increase over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Northgate in the second quarter of 2016.
