Newtown home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Newtown fell by $1,050 while total sales remained unchanged with 16 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,200 - a 0.7% decrease over the $142,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Newtown in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
