Harrison home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Harrison rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 4% increase over the $136,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Harrison in the second quarter of 2016.
