Sycamore Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Sycamore Township rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the second quarter of 2016.
