Mack North home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Mack North rose by $22,600 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 17.4% increase over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Mack North in the second quarter of 2016.
