Colerain Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Colerain Township rose by $35,550 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 31.9% increase over the $111,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Colerain Township in the second quarter of 2016.
