Sharonville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Sharonville rose by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 27.5% increase over the $125,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Sharonville in the second quarter of 2016.
