Madeira home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Madeira rose by $8,600 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $251,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Madeira in the second quarter of 2016.
