Blue Ash home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Blue Ash fell by $500 while total sales increased by 17.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 0.2% decrease over the $253,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Blue Ash in the second quarter of 2016.
