Evendale home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Evendale rose by $91,625 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,250 - a 45.9% increase over the $199,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Evendale in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
