Wyoming home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Wyoming fell by $38,000 while total sales increased by 58.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,000 - a 11.9% decrease over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Wyoming in the second quarter of 2016.
