Kenwood home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Kenwood rose by $6,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,500 - a 2.4% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Kenwood in the second quarter of 2016.
