Olmsted Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Olmsted Township rose by $18,050 while total sales increased by 68.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $126,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Olmsted Township in the first quarter of 2016.
