Symmes Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Symmes Township rose by $51,500 while total sales increased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 18% increase over the $286,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Symmes Township in the second quarter of 2016.
