Glendale home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Glendale rose by $110,050 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 47.9% increase over the $229,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glendale in the second quarter of 2016.
